Learn how to get the most out of Gripely.
New to Gripely? Follow these five steps to get up and running.
1.Create a Space
Spaces are private groups where you and others work through issues together. Create one for your family, roommates, team, or any group that needs a structured way to resolve conflicts. Once created, invite participants by sharing an invite link.
2.Share a Gripe
A gripe is an issue, concern, or conflict that needs attention. When you create a gripe, give it a clear title, describe the situation, set a priority level (low to urgent), and add tags to categorize it. You can also post gripes anonymously if the space allows it.
3.Discuss & Collaborate
Use threaded comments to talk things through. Mention other participants with @, add tone indicators to clarify your intent, and react to comments. The goal is structured, respectful dialogue — not endless back-and-forth.
4.Propose Solutions
Anyone in the space can propose a solution to a gripe. Solutions are separate from comments — they're concrete proposals for resolution. Other participants vote agree, disagree, or neutral so the group can gauge consensus.
5.Resolve Together
Once a solution gains enough support, mark the gripe as resolved. You can track which gripes are open, in progress, or resolved at a glance. Resolved gripes stay in the archive for reference.
